Łukasz Gładczuk is the CEO of the FNX Solutions Sp. z o.o. a company that specializes in the design of trading algorithms for the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He has 5 years of experience in developing strategies for equity and derivatives markets and specializes in high-frequency trading. Lately, Łukasz has finished his education at Oxford University receiving a DPhil in condensed matter physics.
